Her first film couldn't do good business which disappointed her but Rampyari has became her recent hit movie in her career. Ashma DC started her career as a VJ in Tv Filmy program and later she worked in Kantipur Television also. Ashma is also popular as real life love interest of actor Samyam Puri who is also son of Narayan Puri. There is a rumor in media that after failure of her movie with Samyam they broke up but Ashma clarifies that her relationship with Samyam Puri is fine and they will marry in future. As she says she haven't thought about marrying at present scenario because of their career. So they will get married soon within few years when they mentally get prepared.
