Science Recommends: Eat breakfast twice not once


We will not be shocked to know that you eat a plate full of pasta, salad and Omelette for your breakfast. In fact we all are informed that a heavy breakfast is required to keep body active throughout the day. And there is also a good gap between breakfast and lunch so, heavy breakfast is a must. But have you ever heard that breakfast should be eaten twice and that is what science says. The fun fact is that it promotes weight loss.

Healthy breakfast:

If you have ever cared about a health of a child, then you might know the benefit of eating twice. Actually school kids eat breakfast twice. It was found that people who eat breakfast twice are less fat.

What to eat?

According to experts children eat milk, fruits etc as their first break fast and other food for second. It means that it is not a bad thing if you eat breakfast at home and again eat it after going to office. But keep the second breakfast light. Drink tea and coffee with bread. This decreases the chances of weight gain.

Two breakfast maintains energy:

Eating breakfast twice decreases the gap between lunch and breakfast which means energy is maintained. But if you eat breakfast once your stomach will ache or you will get gas.

Improves digestive system.

Eating breakfast twice improves digestive system. This also prevents the formation of gas in the stomach. And this also prevents the feeling of hunger and empty stomach. This decreases chances of stomach ache. It also results in prevention of different kinds of diseases related to stomach. You can also eat a very light dinner after eating breakfast two times for better stomach health.
