Equipped with various skills, several graduates from the Karnali Technical School (KTP) of Ghughuti in Jumla have been giving back their acquired knowledge in different forms to communities in Karnali region. Students from nine districts including Jumla, Mugu, Kalikot, Humla, Dolpa, Jajarkot, Dailekh, Accham and Bajura continue to receive technical education and vocational trainings from the school.Veterinarian Officer of the District Veterinary Office Gyanendra Singh Budhathapa, and also a KTS graduate, said the school is a backbone to produce skilled human resources from rural areas. “A lot of people of Karnali have benefited from KTS,” he said.
