Man filming selfie video in the street is brutally shot.

This innocent man filming a selfie in the street is shot down by a gun man and is seriously injured. This is a shocking video. Viewer discretion is advised.

A Facebook video shows a man taking a video selfie and recording himself being gunned down in Chicago. Meanwhile, CNN and the Chicago Tribune report that Chicago is on track for it's highest homicide rate in history. Why?
