Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba

Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba paid tribute to NC student leader Lal Kumari Pokharel alias Swastika. She died in a bus-car collision at Adhabhar along the Pathlaiya-Amlekhgunj road section on Monday. Pokharel was the President of Free Students Union of Kathmandu-based Padma Kanya Campus.
 Deuba also draped party flag over the body kept in the premises of the campus to pay last respects this morning. Likewise, NC senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel, former general secretaries Prakash Man Singh and Krishna Prasad Sitaula and NC leaders Gopal Man Shrestha, Bimalendra Nidhi, Bal Krishna Khand, Gururaj Ghimire, Gobinda Bhattarai, Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat, Badri Pandey and Jiban Pariyar among others paid their last tribute to Pokharel.
