Earthquake In Nepal - Nepali Documentary Film - Undying Spirit -Earthquake 2015
On the one-year anniversary of the great earthquake of 2015, an uplifting documentary is being released that looks back on this tragic event, its aftermath and the subsequent relief efforts that took place. In the days and months that followed, the toll of this catastrophe in terms of the loss of lives and the suffering that followed became well known to the world. What is less well known is the wonderful coming together of the people of Nepal and the international community to help in the relief effort. This film depicts a handful of Nepalese and foreigners, who came together to provide relief and support to communities, both urban and especially rural. It sends a powerful message that through volunteerism and social engineering, we can not only help others but also bring about positive social change.
