Baburam Bhattrai talks about Terai
Birgunj, Nepal: Former Prime Minister and Coordinator of the Naya Shakti Nepal, Baburam Bhattarai has said that the state would be declared again as the Hind state through the amendment of the new constitution. He, however, went on to say that the Constitution could be amended with the time as per need. Stating that the issues of Madhes were the problems of all, he said that the need of hour was to address the demands of Madhes by amending the Constitution. Moreover, Bhattarai said that the Naya Shakti Nepal wanted to have two provinces in Tarai.
