Madhesi people's demands should be addressed: Koirala

Nepali Congress President and former prime minister Sushil Koirala has said," the logical demands of the Madhesi people should not be sidelined by ignoring their demands." "The logical demands of the Madhesi people should be addressed. Their demands can be resolved through dialogues," Koirala said during a cadres' meeting at the Kaski District Party Office of the Nepali Congress, adding, " We should not sideline them ignoring their demands." Koirala said that Tarai unrest could be brought into a logical conclusion in a few days. When the state was able to sort out the 10-year-long Maoist insurgency, it can also address the demands raised by the Tarai-centric parties, Koirala said. Meanwhile, Koirala also stressed for discipline and unity in the party during the meeting today.
